I start by providing you information, so you can make informed decisions. You will recieve information on home that match your criteria. I will take you to tour the homes that might best match your goals.
Our services include helping you find the lender that can bring to you the right mortgage package. We also have other service providers (inspectors, escrow and title companies, etc) that we can recommend to successfully move through the process.
I personally represent you through each step of the process with the seller, lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors and appaisers. I personally participate in all inspections and join you at the close of escrow to make sure it all comes together the way you want.

- Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before can save you money.
- Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment. Then you can dedicate time to find homes that match your budget.
- Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-approved. I can recommend lenders that my past clients have found to be very good.
- Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs (commuting, schools, shopping, etc).
- Identify the key features you need your new home to have.
- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and inspections (structural and pest).
- Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, and property taxes.
